Dina Lewis is the Dean of Regional Business Education. Dina has extensive experience of managing in the HE sector, significant teaching experience, a commitment to widening participation and a proven track record in innovative and flexible programme design.
Supporting the faculty's trans-disciplinary research strategy is a key priority; she is an active researcher and her research interests focus on e-learning, work based learning and lifelong learning (please see selected publications recorded below).
She is also acting Head of The Centre for Lifelong Learning and has wide experience of working with public, private, community and voluntary organisations to meet the needs of part-time non traditional learners.
She is committed to raising educational standards in the region through working with local schools, college partners, inter-professional teams, employers and external funding agencies to provide outstanding education programmes for teacher trainees, early years practitioners, Foundation Degree students and a diverse group of education Undergraduate and Postgraduate students including international students.
