I’ve worked with Colin since 2008. Colin delivered Leadership and Management training to the Bibby Scunthorpe (Nisa) site over a period of several years. I still meet with Colin on a regular basis to make use of his innovative and creative skill set.

     I’m currently the Continuous Improvement Manager for Bibby Distribution Ltd. which is a national strategic role. We’re working to create a culture of continuous business improvement to deliver improved efficiencies, cost reduction, customer service improvements and business growth. This has involved the design and delivery of Continuous Improvement, Performance Appraisal & Management skills workshops to over 500 managers and employees in the business. To date this has achieved savings / improvements in excess of £3 million to Bibby and its customers and helped the Company to retain / win a number of contracts.
